Yazd is famous for Its wind towers and plenty of under ground conduits (Qanats).
Yazd itself is a large town, surrounded by mountain, m and has been an
important Zoroastrian center since 1400 years ago.
The word YAZD means feast and worship.
Marco polo visited Yazd and called it good and noble city of Yazd.
